What Did We Do?
We designed and delivered a customized virtual workshop for more than 190 Pharmacy Supervisors from Farmacias Peruanas.
The session, titled “Empowering to Empower,” focused on strengthening participants’ ability to empower themselves so they could effectively empower their teams.
Through practical tools and guided reflection, the workshop supported a shift from a victim mindset to a creator mindset, fostering ownership, leadership, and proactive action.
