Challenge:
Achieve that all new BCP’s employees connect themselves emotionally with the bank’s new purpose.
Solution:
We designed a volunteering activity with coaching tools as part of the onboarding journey, in a way that every employee could live and feel the essence of BCP. Each employee was in charge of a senior student, whom with they shared and looked over their short-term and long-term dreams..
Results:
Involvement of more than 110 employees with high satisfaction rates and counseling of more than 100 school’s students in their future plans.
