CADE Universitario: The Magic of Encounter
There are moments in life when we encounter young people with a special spark. Young men and women who carry within them a unique strength. They radiate contagious energy, driven by a powerful desire to create change. When we meet them, we feel certain they will go on to do great things for the country—not only because of their talent and abilities, but because of their deep commitment and determination.
CADE Universitario is the meeting place for these young leaders, where they experience a transformative journey and become agents of change in their communities. They excel academically, engage in social impact initiatives, see problems as opportunities for improvement, and have a genuine interest in connecting with and helping others.
CADE Universitario is a truly magical space that brings together young people from across the country to train them in topics of great relevance. More importantly, it inspires and unites them as citizens of one nation. Rather than producing isolated leaders striving for change on their own, it builds a powerful national network of change agents—individuals committed to working together to address the country’s challenges.
There is nothing more transformative than that real moment of encounter—when we connect through purpose, recognize and value one another in our differences and similarities. It is the moment when respect deepens and true friendships are born. From this genuine connection, lifelong bonds are formed. And when these young leaders go on to drive change in the country, they will not do so alone. They will always be supported by the strong community of cadeístas that remains—a community that shares dreams and ideals and is only a phone call away when needed.
These young people have tremendous potential to achieve both personal and collective dreams. They have the capacity to create meaningful change in their regions. They may go on to hold influential positions in government, business, academia, or civil society. With strong social awareness, they will be prepared to lead the country toward a path of progress—one where we come together and work collectively for a better Peru.
